"I called to follow up on a quote I had requested to add a new truck to my policy and to clarify a temporary auto ID that was sent instead. The person I spoke with seemed frustrated with me because the truck wasn’t showing under my name, turns out it was under my husband's, even though on the app it looks like everything is under one shared policy. What was more frustrating was the tone and implication that I should have known the temporary ID meant the truck was added to the policy. Why would I know that, especially since I had asked for a quote and never received one? I was planning to add it anyway, but the communication made me feel like I was in the wrong for asking basic questions. I don’t work in insurance. I rely on professionals to walk me through the process, and a little patience would have gone a long way. Paying customers deserve better phone etiquette from this office."

"I’ve called them before to make payments on our policy that was under my husbands name and left my number so I could get a call back and I never received any call back. So I could make a payment. And eventually I forgot about it and they just canceled our policy. Like how are you going to ignore clients calls to make payments and than just cancel their policy’s?? If you don’t want the business just say so. I tried to renew it and I was told I’d get a call back about it and never did. Super frustrating to be ignored. They always seem to be closed also."
